Getting Started

To get started, provide the following required details to arrange your air/ flight accommodations. Please make sure that your information is accurate and correct. Within 72 hours after the close of our registration site on September 11, 2025, you will receive a travel itinerary with flight details, or you may be contacted for further information required. Please kindly read the travel itinerary for accuracy. We are allowed up to 24 hours to make a change once a ticket is issued. We will provide ground transportation to/from the airport or rail station based on your final travel plans.
