As Certified Pandemic Advisor (CPA) by the Healthcare Education Systems, our priority to ensure that safe practices are implemented, communicated, and effectively carried out throughout the entire meeting & event cycle.

Equally important, we examine the risk of your meeting or event during the current pandemic climate. During the ever-changing CDC guidelines, federal and local regulations, we have a responsibility to demonstrate our due diligence for all stakeholders.

How we work

We work from event inception through the final day of the event to ensure the venue follows appropriate regulations, to educate staff, and coordinate risk mitigation on-site, on the ground and in-the-moment.

Our Solutions

During the planning process, we can offer guidance to ensure alignment with CDC guidelines, local, state and federal recommendations. Of course, information changes rapidly and all recommendations are subject to your team's alignment and approval. 

We will offer advice on the RFP and approve venue compliance standards.

We will plan to arrive on-site and throughout the event/meeting to manage cleaning protocols, schedules, points of health screening procedures, registration,  hand sanitization, and isolation areas & help minimize or eliminate high touch-point materials or areas. If desired, we will act as your  main contact person for safety compliance for attendees and staff. 

We will contribute to Event Specification Guidelines (ESG) and consult on Banquet Event Order (BEO) or Group Daily Report (GDR) for compliance.

We will consult on-site team and PCA assignments to ensure safe entry, passage, and utilization of space or other duties if required. 

We can secure safety supplies (gloves, masks, hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, infrared thermometers, face shields, gowns, etc.) and other event safety structures.

At conclusion the meeting, if requested, we can deliver any health screening (if applicable) paperwork and other reports to the meeting planner at the event conclusion (additional fees may apply).

As a Certified Pandemic Advisor, we offer recommendations and best industry practices. The event owner and the organization are responsible for the approval and sign-off on the implemented and executed processes or documentation. We stand behind our experience. 

Yes. Our guidance will be aligned to the CDC and other federal or regional guidelines.
